frequently asked questions

    • although we cannot guarantee the shelf life of our creations once they leave our studio, our premium balloons often last 7 days or longer when properly stored indoors.

    • only for select balloons. garlands are all air filled and do not require helium.

    • balloons tend to pop because of sharp objects, over inflation or hot surfaces, as well as extreme heat and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. to avoid popping, we recommend keeping balloons in a cool, indoor environment.

    • we do not sell uninflated balloons at this time.

    • we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your event date. payment on the remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

    • we understand that sometimes things happen! your deposit may be transferred if you need to reschedule your event, within one (1) calendar year — we just need one week (7 days) notice!

    • we would love for you to book your balloons as soon as you have an event date set, but in most cases, we require at least 2 weeks notice prior to your event.

    • we can sometimes accommodate shorter timeframes, but those may result in a rush fee. send us an email for last-minute needs and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
