our policy

AIR ONE Balloons requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event (or 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time for grab and go products). If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit may be applied to a different or rescheduled event within one (1) year of your original event date.
